Delivery Information

Most locations ship as normal. We currently cannot ship to the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Australia, or any sanctioned countries. We are working on solutions and apologise for the inconvenience.

European Union

Customs delays may occur beyond our control. As of June 2024, EU orders may take 14–28 days to arrive. Improvements are in progress.

Returns & Failed Delivery

If an order is returned for any reason (including customs or failed delivery), it will be refunded and must be reordered. UK shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to customs or courier error.

Worldwide shipping via DHL or Royal Mail: £35

Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri, excluding Bank Holidays) ship the same day; orders after ship the next working day

We support signed-for delivery only. Any redirects, safe places, or neighbour deliveries are at the customer’s own risk, and Molecular Nutrition cannot assist with related issues.
